Instructions on how to schedule online: Click the "Book an Appointment Online” button at the top of this website. That link will take you to our scheduling platform called “Jane”. From there, just choose the service you would like and follow the prompts. If it is your first time seeing Dr. Courtney, please choose “New Patient Exam + Adjustment” as the service.

If you are paying for your visit out of pocket, your first visit includes a New Patient Detailed Exam for $65 and an adjustment for $60. There are additional services like traction, laser and massage that would be additional charges, if indicated. Subsequent visits are typically $60 for just the adjustment.

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare (non-par, so you pay up front and then get reimbursed by Medicare directly within 2-3 weeks), Iowa Total Care, and Veteran’s Affairs Community Care program
